Tours and Tickets

Congressman Garcia is delighted to have the pleasure of assisting constituents in scheduling tours at several historic landmarks and attractions located in our nation’s capital. Most tours in Washington, D.C. require advance notice as they fill up rather quickly due to high demand. Due to the large number of visitors, please submit your request as early as possible to maximize your chances.

All tickets are provided to constituents on a first-come, first-served basis. Due to the large number of visitors, please request them as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.

Obtaining a White House tour can be very difficult. It is very important to follow the below guidelines for your application to be considered. Beginning on May 7, 2025, visitors are required to present a REAL ID or valid passport for tours of the White House. Any guest who is unable present a REAL ID or a valid passport will not be admitted to the White House Complex.

 

White House

Tours of the White House are available from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM Tuesday through Saturday, excluding Federal holidays or unless otherwise noted. White House tour requests must be submitted a minimum of 21 days in advance and no more than 90 days in advance of the requested tour date(s). Tours will be confirmed 14 days prior to your requested date.

 

U.S. Capitol 

Tours of the U.S. Capitol Building are available from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Constituents can book tours directly through the Capitol Visitor Center by visiting the following link https://www.visitthecapitol.gov/ or by filling out the form below. House Gallery Passes are available to be picked up from the Washington, D.C. office from Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Library of Congress

The Library of Congress is now open to visitors with a timed entry pass on select days. At the time being, Congressional Offices are unable to book tours on behalf of constituents visiting Washington, D.C. However, self-guided, self-booked timed entry passes can be obtained by visiting https://loc.usedirect.com/LOC/.

 

FBI Tours

The FBI Headquarters and Pentagon are open for public tours Monday through Friday. After submitting your request below, our office with contact you to finalize a tour reservation for your group. The FBI is strictly limited in capacity and requests must be received at least 30 days in advance.

Supreme Court

Tours of the Supreme Court are self-guided as the Court does not provide guided walking tours. Visitors are encouraged to tour public portions of the building on a self-guided basis and take advantage of a variety of educational programs such as Courtroom Lectures and court-related exhibitions. On days when the Court is not in session, the building will be open to the public from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, excluding Federal holidays.

Whitehouse Dates

Please choose three dates everyone in your party is available to tour the White House. Tours are available Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The tours are self-guided.

White House tours may be submitted up to 6 months in advance, but no later than 3 weeks before the requested tour date.

Each person in your tour party must submit security information to the White House via a link they provide.
