Defending the Right to Abortion

Congressman Garcia believes it’s essential that every American be able to safely get an abortion if and when they need one. Abortion is a critical part of reproductive healthcare, and attempts to ban it are an unacceptable attack on the basic rights, freedom, and safety of women cross the country. He believes Congress must enshrine the right to an abortion into Federal law, and that elected leaders everywhere have a responsibility to stand up against efforts to criminalize personal decisions between people and their doctors.
