Popular Arts Caucus
Congressman Robert Garcia founded the bipartisan and bicameral Congressional Popular Arts Caucus to celebrate the economic and cultural contributions of the popular arts. The caucus will focus on the critical issues facing the popular arts including copyright protection, piracy, supporting artists and creators, and artificial intelligence.
