Congressman Robert Garcia’s Statement on California State University Long Beach President Jane Conoley’s Retirement

Washington, D.C. –  Today, Congressman Robert Garcia (CA-42) expressed his gratitude to President Jane Conoley as she announced her retirement, effective June 30, 2025, after more than a decade of outstanding leadership at California State University Long Beach (CSULB). 

“President Conoley has been an exceptional leader for the university and for the City of Long Beach,” said Congressman Robert Garcia. “She has made a tremendous impact on student success and integrating the campus with the community. Jane has been incredible to work with, and I congratulate her and thank her immensely.”
