Those speaking in favor of the resolution included Reps. Robert Garcia (D-Calif.), Becca Balint (D-Vt.), Eric Sorensen (D-Ill.), Dan Goldman (D-N.Y.) and Ritchie Torres (D-N.Y.).

Balint said: "I never thought I'd say this, but I stand with Mitt Romney. He has to go." The Utah Republican called Santos an embarrassment in a tense exchange during the leadup to President Joe Biden's State of the Union earlier this week.
